Elissandria balances this creative vision with financial discipline. She holds a B.S. in Economics. She has also cultivated a dedicated coalition of over 30,000 people who share this vision. This allows her to ground the Emberbrook concept in real market data and the preferences of modern residents.

As the founder, Elissandria is currently leading the initial planning and partnership phases. Her focus is on creating a model where classic charm and genuine community merge to sustain the village for generations.
