STORYBOOK NEW URBANISM
mberbrook™ is a vision for Storybook New Urbanism—an early-stage concept for a walkable, narrative-driven hamlet. We are reimagining the American neighborhood by merging the soul of Old World architecture with the principles of human-scale planning. The vision brings together old-world architectural character, human-scale planning, and a cohesive narrative that shapes the identity of the future village. Its goal is to combine timeless design with modern livability in a way that feels both grounded and imaginative.
The concept imagines a place where homes, artisanal shoppes, and walled gardens coexist seamlessly to create a meaningful rhythm of daily life. Architecture and landscape are shaped to offer warmth, identity, and a sense of belonging without sacrificing modern comfort.
The project is currently in the research and pre-development phase. We are focusing on the foundational worldbuilding and strategic planning that will guide the village's identity prior to land selection.
